    Contacting the Store Owner

    For issues with ‘Pending’ or ‘Recently Received’ orders, we recommend contacting the store owner first to try and rectify the problem. To contact the store owners, simply use the “Support button located on the store’s profile. Simultaneously you may also contact them via social media or any other contact info they have shared on their profile or as part of your order.
